It was already late afternoon. Neville and Hermione had since this morning in the hut at the river and they brought a bit back on track. "What's there?", It suddenly burst out of Neville. He listened to sweep up and stared at Hermione waiting. She looked confused at their usually reticent friend. "What do you mean?" She asked cautiously. "I mean Snape," he said accusingly, "You are always near him and I do not mean only when it is not just different." "Oh, Neville," said Hermione with a reassuring air of "Severus is not," "Severus?" Neville housed them in the face with uncomprehending expression.
Hermione ran from one moment to another red as she realized what she had to blunder because now allowed. "Well, people keep me here but for his wife. Since it would be strange if I would call him Professor Snape, do you? "Rechtfertiget herself. The explanation seemed plausible, so that Neville is not surprised on. "Listen to Neville," she said then determined "to be like that for you, Harry, Ron and probably every other incredible occurs, but I like him and I am also happy in his company. If this is a problem for you, then I'm sorry. "She had talked himself into a rage and glared at her now compared to angry. The only thing that Neville brought out was still silent nod.
"Where is he really gone?" He asked after a while when he was finished with the return. "I do not know when I woke up this morning, he was already gone," said Hermione. A quiet cough made both pause in their work. Mary stood in the doorway with a large Basket in hand. "Hello Mary", so here they welcomed Neville. "Hello Neville," she replied, staring lay on the floor. There was a moment for an awkward silence in the room. Hermione had watched closely and a slight smile crept over her lips before the decided to defuse the situation a little. "What you got there?" She asked.
"Oh, I have brought something to eat," said Mary, raising the basket. You put it on the table and stood there awkwardly. "Would you not afford some company?" Asked Hermione, and secretly hoped that she would stay, to not have to talk to Neville about her relationship with Severus. "Yes, gladly," she replied, nodding happy.
you just sat down at the table and took out the basket when the door suddenly flew open. Mary was immediately stood up again and Neville had gone scared together. They looked at the grim, new home owners, who had come bursting as zestful an anxious glance. "I would prefer to go," muttered and she left the house hurriedly. Hermione caught himself a scowl from Neville. "Do not look, this is ultimately not my fault," she hissed at him.
Severus placed the basket he had with him on the floor and turned around. Hermione stood in front of him suddenly, she put her hands on her hips and looked at him with an inexplicable expression. "Where were you?" She asked, and had raised her voice. They hardly spoke so loud that it would be rude to call, but louder and with an emphasis would have permitted a student is hardly the sinister Professor opposite.
Severus raised an eyebrow, then looked over Hermione's shoulder to Neville, staring at his shoes and did not dare to see the two. "I have some ingredients for the distillate concerned to clean the wood for wands and as you here anyway einscheinend abhaltet just a tea party, you can help me then also in brewing," said Severus condescending voice. Hermione, who stood with his back to Neville smiled, her opposite, and only nodded.
Severus raised the basket again and went up the stairs. "We are brewing up, so it must see not everyone who comes in here, because what simmers in the kettle," he said. Neville looked at last, when he was sure that Snape was on top disappeared. His eyes went to Hermione, who is the happy grin still could not wipe from the face. "You are really incredible," said Neville, shaking his head. "I've never before distillate brewed a magic wand," she answered him and went upstairs.
you ran up the sturdy wooden staircase in the long hallway. At the end of the hallway was the door to the last room open. Severus put the basket down on a long table, beginning as Hermione came. "Where did you get this huge cauldron?" She asked in surprise and went up to the table on which stood the said vessel.
"I'm from the MacNeil," said Severus. "Who?" Hermione looked at him confused. "The man you've patched together at the wedding," replied her Severus, "They wanted to show gratitude in some way and because I thought that as a boiler at the moment exactly would teach us'. "
Hermione pulled the basket over to him and began to resolve. "Wolf herb, foxglove, sickle caps, root litter," she murmured the name of the items they pulled out and took off on the table before him. "You were in the forest," she said. "Yes, where else I would have all the ingredients are probably little harsh," Severus replied without their accusatory tone to take. "Why did you go alone? This is dangerous, "asked Hermione. "Exactly so," he said quietly and placed her hand around the waist.
She felt left out and did away with still offended face the basket more. "You can not ever cut everything short," Severus said as the basket was empty. Hermione took the little knife he had prepared, and cut down the ingredients small, while he filled the tank with river water. "Come down when you're done," he shouted toward her from below, "Fire can we make up, unfortunately, probably none."
you put everything back carefully into the basket, and went down with it. Neville had not been in the kitchen and Severus just the fire in the stove and lit the cauldron on it asked. "So now give a handful of crescent caps into the boiler," he instructed them to continue, "if the South turn blue immediately, the lupines into it." Hermione followed the instructions carefully and effectively the water was in connection with the chopped mushrooms after a few minutes dyed blue, which she dazugab the lupines. "Three times in a clockwise stir," he said now. He was standing right beside her and pressed a wooden spoon in hand. You to move, as he said had, then gave Severus to a handful of wolf cabbage. The Sud inside the boiler began to hiss and greenish smoke rose up.
"The distillate now needs 24 hours to cool down before we can add the rest," said Severus, "The order in which they are to the other ingredients is not important, it is important to distinguish between each ingredient exactly 10 minutes pass. "" You will brew the distillate alone finished, "Severus said after a while. "Why? Where are you going? "She asked, confused. "Tomorrow morning I'm going to other return. Conner and the two have Cameronbrüder me their support for the move offered, "he told her. "Longbottom, I would like to take, unless you'd rather that he will stay with you here." Hermione shook her head. "No, not necessary, I think I will be here just one day alone get along," she said smiling, "you had before but the next day to return it?" "Yes & ldquo ; agreed her Severus. He went back to the top in the room where they had previously chopped the ingredients and Hermione followed him still. In the corner on the chair were the different branches stacked. Severus put them on the table and pulled the chair closer to the latter.
"Can I help somehow?" Asked Hermione. Severus looked at her thoughtfully for a moment. "No, not really," he finally said, "I have to prepare the wood so that you can then put it into the final distillate. Maybe I can even begin the actual construction of the magic wand when we're back. "
"Fine, then I look if I can do something useful elsewhere," said Hermione again and left the room. "Tell Longbottom notice that he is going with us tomorrow," said Severus behind her or leaving the room. Hermione walked out the door into the garden, where she had guessed right Neville. Mary keeps him company again as he pulled out the rampant weeds. "Hello Mary," she greeted the girl again, "why are you so quickly gone?" "Why do you think, because Snape, "said Neville instead, in a tone betraying the well that he could understand their anxiety well. Mary nodded and lowered his head in embarrassment.
"Oh, Neville, that reminds me, I should tell you that you and Severus returns tomorrow to the other and help during the move," Hermione said casually. Neville's face had suddenly become a couple of shades paler, but he nodded bravely. Without saying a word Hermione went back in and got a couple of minutes later with a small basket out again. Mary grabbed her by the arm. "You do not mind if I just Mary lending times," said Hermione and she already through the gate of the low wooden fence. Neville had had no opportunity to respond and Mary was just confused behind Hermione.
"Where are we going?" Asked Hermione. "I would like to be as a book, like Pastor Crawford has one," she told her, "Can you take me to the book binder?" "You mean Lindsay. Yes, I'll take you, he lives on only a few houses. "
They walked a while through the narrow streets until they arrived at the house were right. It was not as great as some of the other, but stood a very large shed, the door was open. They knocked, not to be rude, open the door. The old Lindsay was, as his surname revealed, already, really old, had to find Hermione. "Come in, what can I do for you?" He greeted the two. They went and Hermione looked around curiously. It was like a small workshop set up. In the corner stood a large vat filled with pulp. Along the walls were built around tables on which dried fresh paper and including a larger stack and smaller screens.
"I would like one of her books," said Hermione at last. The old man looked at her searchingly. "And what they can offer me this?" He asked. Hermione was already taken out and took out the little basket. "I have soap," she said, handing in the basket. He took out a clean-cut gray soap block, and smelled it, his eyes now wandered appreciatively to Hermione. "She did?" He asked. Hermione nodded. "I've had since we at that time in Edinburgh left, are held no more soap in the hand. That was more than 26 years, "he said thoughtfully.
He went to a large wooden cabinet and opened the double doors. "What may really such a book for his Mistress?" He asked. Hermione stood in front of the surprisingly large selection. "I've heard they used to be printers. How is it that they are familiar with the manufacture of paper so well? "Asked Hermione. "The print shop where I worked as an apprentice, has made her own paper," said Lindsay and looked at Hermione still waiting. "I think I take this," she finally said, pointing to a medium-large book in the closet. "For a second piece of soap they can have feathers and ink", he offered her. "Why not," she agreed and took a small Tonfläschchen and two long feathers, which she put the book in her basket.
"Thank you Mary," said Hermione, when they had gone out again. "Oh, that was no big deal," she replied Mary dchüchtern and ran red.
"Tell me, what is to be the so-married", Mary asked her on the way back. "What do you mean?" Asked Hermione. "Well, I've heard, if one is married, forcing the men to make a bad things," Mary said now added in a whisper. Hermione slowly realized what Mary wanted to go out. "What do you know about the" being married "?" She asked cautiously now. Mary shrugged her shoulders. "So, if your husband loves you, he will force you to anything you want and if you do not love him, then you'll probably do it even happy, "Hermione said with a smile," You know but what do a man and a woman then with each other, right? "said Hermione cautiously added. "Oh yes, I've already seen in our cows," Mary told her, to which Hermione had to smile at the thought.
They had arrived back at the house, where Neville had already made a big mountain weed lying next to him. "I make us something to drink," Hermione said and went inside. She went into the kitchen and put three glasses and a jug of orange juice on a tray that he took her back to the outside. Neville and Mary had settled on an old wooden bench to proliferated, which was not built close to the fence. They took her off the glasses and Hermione poured, they also sat down and refused the tray on the side of the bank.
They had been sitting there for a while, drink their juice and talk until the sun went down was almost completely and they could see only shadowy outlines of each other. "It is time for me to go home," said Mary, rising. "Yes, it's almost dark," agreed her Hermione. "See you tomorrow," she said shyly. "I hope it all goes well with the move," she turned to Neville. "Yes I hope so too," he stammered. "Well then, good night."
Hermione and Neville were also gone into the house. They lit in the kitchen of an oil lamp and Hermione cut a few slices of the bread that had brought them Mary today afternoon and finished it. "Are you hungry again?" Neville said they were interested. "Uh no, I wanted to bring Severus, "she said cautiously, feeling caught. "You gotta stand itself perfectly as a false wife," Neville pulled on them, with Hermione's face in the dark stained nu. She placed the plate of bread, a glass of orange juice and the can on the tray, which they had taken with new items. "This is not the way you think," she said and hurried up to not having to justify further.
Hermione pushed open the door and put the tray on the table, Severus what led them to look up. "I thought you perhaps hunger, "she said. Severus laid the road, which now has had a tremendous similarity with a magic wand and the carving to side. "Tolerated Yes, I could actually what to eat," he said, and took bread from his plate. He had eaten the last time this morning for breakfast, he recalled, and swallowed the bread literally. Hermione gave him the jar full and he drank in a few moves.
"How far you have come?" She asked when he was finished. He pointed quietly on the finished wood wand at the other End of the table. There were a total of six. One of them took Hermione's hand in regard to him. They were very simple. As far as the eye, it revealed, they seemed to be straight and in the end they had a simple handle that stood out the slightly larger diameter from the rest. "This means that you have yet to make, and then another?" She asked him what Severus nodded without looking up from his work. "Do you mind if I stay here a little while?" She asked. "No, stay calm," he answered. She went out and got a few seconds later pure, then she put a chair on the other side of the table and sits down. Severus looked up and was now watching her curiously. She put the leather-bound book in front of him on the table and put the bottle of ink and a long point next spring.
"Where did you get that?" He asked. "I'm from the old Lindsay, I have it exchanged for soap," she told him as she opened it on the first page and opened the bottle of ink. She dipped the pen into it carefully, and wrote the first line trial - Magic Wand distillate.
The spring was pleasantly in his hand, leaving a fast-drying, clean fine line. She wrote the exact composition of the distillate, which she had now brewed with the help of Severus. "What happens if I added after 24 hours the last ingredients?" She asked. "Then the distillate is almost ready," Severus told her, "It must take only a few minutes. You will easily recognize that it is ready, because, quite clearly, is like water Sun Only then can you put in the wood, where it then remains to be introduced shortly, the magic fiber. "Hermione had all co-written and looked at now, when he was finished telling.
Severus gave her a quizzical look and pointedly raised an eyebrow. "I would like to state that," she justified himself, "Look up what if I forget something important and it is not there, I can ask and also a book where I could." Severus turned back the wood in his hand, while Hermione continued to write in the book.
*** The next morning Hermione woke up late. The empty seat next to her in bed, told her that Severus away already was. She wondered how he had managed without an alarm clock to get up so early, even though they were yesterday went to bed so late because he had carved until late into the night on the last wooden wand. And he had not even woken up, she noted ruefully.
you got dressed and went downstairs to the kitchen. It was to be a strange feeling all alone in the big house. Hermione quickly made some bread for breakfast and took it in hand as she walked through the house and looked around again. She stood in the large room to which the real entrance door led, although they usually went straight through the back door into the kitchen. Maybe you could get out of here to make a kind of treatment room, she wondered, looking pensively into the great room. But first they had to probably clean up a bit. She went back upstairs and stood in front of one of the rooms that served as storage room. "We will open on 4 rooms need to come if the other," she wondered, or maybe 5 Well, I will find hardly a good reason why I still longer a room with Severus have to share, she added ruefully added in thought.
MacDougall, the owner of this house apparently had a hard time throwing away old things, she thought as her eyes wandered around the room. He was sent to perfect. Along the walls are lined closets, on shelves and small drawers filled, while every other free space, served with different boxes was found on old tools, materials and dishes were stacked. It was hardly possible to enter the room, and in trying to penetrate a little further but they also discovered a whole box full of old coconut shells.
Miss Courageous they had given up and closed the door again. Hermione took a step to the next room, which promised much more chance of success. It was down to a simple cabinet, completely empty. Curious, she went to the cupboard and opened the doors. The shelves were filled with different shells. Incredulous, she shook her head and took a fist-sized spiral shell in the hand, pearl gleamed in the light. They were really nice, had to admit to Hermione, but nevertheless they had to go. You just had to find something where they could reintun things, but they decided to first to get an idea of how much stuff there was still in the other rooms, which had gone.
The other rooms were largely empty or housed some discarded furniture. Maybe they could bring a simple reparo back in order, if they would succeed a magic wand. The shells she had packed in a basket and set him on one of the boxes in the storeroom. She had hoped she could sell some more time with housework, but there was now nothing more to do, at least nothing they could do without help.
was bored them back down to the kitchen. She had invited Mary yesterday afternoon with Brian to come to dinner. Although it was still a bit early to start to cook, but she hoped so maybe get a little time around. She grabbed from the small store room next to the door, a wooden bucket and took it out of the flow.
While she walked the few feet, they have already ran the idea for the court today. "Pizza," she thought to herself, and had thereby satisfied smile, "that is sure to please them." Hermione turned off the bucket and knelt down to the water. You could dip their hands and drew them a little face. The water was cool and the occasional drop ran down her neck now. She took the bucket and dipped it into the water. When he was full, they pulled him out again and placed it beside him, then she took off her shoes and let your feet slide into the cool water. She would like a swim left, but the river was so close to the village, they thought, but may not be so disturbed, just could not get rid of. Instead, she closed her eyes and leaned back on from her arms. The sun shone into her face and the gentle breeze rustled through the leaves now of the surrounding trees. Whether it will probably create Dumbledore ever find us, she asked with a sigh.
There was an overwhelming silence that they almost believed someone to listen to call her name, but she rejected the idea immediately, finally called it here in the village no "Miss Granger," because no one her real name was familiar. She stretched her neck toward the sun, as though the call was suddenly louder. Startled, she opened her eyes and looked around, but there was no one there. "Miss Granger, "said the voice once again. She seemed to be directly next to her. Something suspicious, they leaned down to the wooden bucket and looked into it.
With a sharp cry she shrank back, then she leaned again to the bucket and saw disbelief in the face of the old gray-bearded man who had called after her. "Professor Dumbledore," she said in surprise, and at the same time asking, "how is that possible?" "I'm glad I've finally found it, Miss Granger," he said quietly. "How did they do that?" Wanted they know and took care of the smooth surface of the water, what Dumbledore's image is distorted.
"I've been looking for since I learned of the accident, according to them this way," he said, "and even they have dipped their feet into the water and clearly thought my name . So I was able to resume their tracks. But they say they are alone? "" No, we are eight, "said Hermione," Professor Snape, Draco, Harry, Ron, Neville, Ginny, Lavender and me. What about the others who were with us on the ship, has they found? "she wanted to know now. "They all were picked up shortly after the accident, the rescue of messengers, they were eight, the only ones we were able to find not just" answered her Dumbledore. The first sense of confusion was now given way to a significant emotion. "Does it mean we can now return home?" She asked hopefully. "I be afraid, just simply is not that," he said regretfully, and suffocated her joyful smile in the bud.
"The water has neither space nor time, this As I could find them, without having even a clue where I should look for, "he said," you will have to tell me so, where they are. "Hermione thought for a moment. "Well, it is an island," she began, "Professor Snape could see the stars that we can not all be too far from the American continent, but even more we know, unfortunately not," she concluded regretfully.
"That does not make things any easier, of course," Dumbledore said quietly, "Well, can perhaps they describe the island even more. Maybe she has any special characteristics. "" Yes, there is a small doorway behind a waterfall that leads to a magical forest, "she told him," and there is a large he stone arch, which is held on either side of stone sorcerers. And besides ... "" ... in addition there is a huge stone dragon, "Dumbledore finished her sentence. "You know the place?" Asked Hermione in surprise.
"Yes and no," replied her face in the water mysteriously, leaving a questioning expression in Hermione's eyes. "This stone arch, which they have described is destroyed for some time, it is possible that they ..." have made "... a time warp, so we already know," finished Hermione FS , r him. Dumbledore looked slightly puzzled for a moment.
"What is this island?" She asked. "Ah, winner Miss Granger, a very clever question," he praised her, "This Island of the magicians who inhabited the new continent, as a kind used in prison. However, in mid-17th Century all the prisons with the establishment of Azkaban replaced. I guess the island is in its time already shut down, if not, would they have noticed certain. "
" Does it mean then that we come through the gate at least from this island off? " she wanted to know. "Yes it is. The opposite stands on the mainland, a stone's throw from Boston. From there it will be for us much easier to call them back But there's something. This gate is part of a very old magic, and is open only on one way. Halloween at 12 clock at night. This is the only time all year is to establish a connection between the two gates, but they will live only once have to get past the stone dragon that guarded the gate, the awakening to the fact, if you look at the gate nÄ ;. hert "" Yes, that's the dragon, we have already found out, "Hermione said thoughtfully. Dumbledore nodded. "The difficulty will probably lie in it out when Halloween is, after all could they are everywhere landed, "he said.
"Now we've got maybe a little idea what time we landed," said Hermione cautiously now. Dumbledore looked at her interest and encouraged them go on talking Sun "On this island, we have recently encountered a group of Scots, who are also stranded here for a long time," she said, "That was 1715, and according to their statement, we would have today 20 May 1741 have. Unless, of course, they had also made a leap in time, "concluded Hermione thoughtfully. "Muggle?" "asked Dumbledore. Hermione nodded.
"Then is a journey in her case, rather impossible," said Dumbledore, "You must know the relation with time travel, it is similar to port keys. Muggles are not receptive to it. We can assume that their accounts have at least up to a few days to be correct, shall be in addition to the Halloween night in the magic of the island already announce a few days before, they only need to pay attention to the sign. "Hermione nodded at the old man. "It is good to know that it apparently still is a way out, "she said, smiling at him.
Dumbledore smiled back friendly. "By Halloween, it is still five months, this time we will use to us to figure out a way how we can bring them out of Boston safely back in our time," he said, looking attentively ü ; over his half moon glasses away from. "If they were so kind to take me to perhaps Professor Snape?" He asked. "Oh, he and the others are not currently there. I am alone here in the Scottish Village, but he comes back tomorrow. "Dumbledore seemed a bit puzzled, but he did not ask further. "Well, I certainly will have an opportunity to speak with him and they now know how to reach me. I will also take care of now, it's always a glass of water to have with me, "he said, smiling. The face on the glittering surface disappeared and Hermione could now clearly see the bottom of the wooden bucket.
She stood up and took the bucket of water into the house. A glance at the clock told her that it was almost noon already. Her thoughts wandered again and again to her meeting with Dumbledore, while it touched the batter. Mary had shown her yesterday morning the large mill on the mountain. It was indeed a time to run up there, but the high altitude caused a more sufficient wind to the coarse grain to be ground and it was far easier than even to make in a mortar to lay down Hermione . They covered the bowl and cooked now for a few tomatoes.
There was a knock at the back door, which opened Hermione after a moment. Before her was Mary. It was too early she thought and looked carefully past her, but she could never make up Brian. "I thought I could help you, "said Mary, so here is irritated when she saw Hermione's face. "Yes, gladly," she answered her, and let them in..
Mary looked curiously only in the covered bowl and then into the small pot on the stove. "What's that?" She asked, pointing to the tomatoes, the skin had already lost about cooking some cracks. Hermione seemed a bit confused and was now also part of the pot and looked inside, but there was nothing extraordinary. "These are tomatoes," finally said, "Did you never eaten a tomato? They grow here but everywhere. "Mary shook her head. "What is not known to the Scot, he does not eat," said Hermione with a grin and started from Mary up a blank look. "See Do not worry, you will, that taste good and they are not toxic," said Hermione said with a wink.
She took out a wooden board and a knife, which she laid on the table in front of Mary. "You can not ever cut onions," said Hermione and took one of the tropical tubers, the sharp smell strongly reminiscent of an onion, a cup out in the store room. Mary nodded and began to cut the onion into small pieces, while Hermione was peeling the cooked tomatoes and crushed.
"How did Mr. Snape, and you know you really learned or simply after being the married, without knowing you? The women in the village say that this is often done so, "asked Mary. Hermione was not sure what to answer her, but decided to just stick to the truth. "He was my professor at the school," she said. "And you've fallen in love and got married?" Mary asked curiously. Hermione did not feel particularly comfortable with the conversation. "Yes, sort of," she said timidly. "He scares me," the girl said to me quietly. Hermione looked at her a moment, and she found that her face while she pointed at Neville, when he spoke of Severus.
"What about you?" Said Hermione, now she smiled and took the opportunity to change the subject, "You like Neville, right?" She added, as Mary is no evidence said. At a stroke, is stained the roundish Face red. She had great similarity with a tomato turned Hermione firmly amused, while the crushed tomatoes in the pan seasoned. "Your complexion to well as I can" interpret "Yes, Hermione said, amused, but Mary still said nothing, instead she stared at her fingers.
"I think he likes you too," Hermione said now added as casually as possible, what the girl looked up immediately and looked into Hermione's grinning face. "Yes, I find it very nice," Mary said shyly.
Hermione rolled out the dough and sauce ready to dash out. She took the pizza with onions, ham and cheese, which she had exchanged with one of the villagers against a bar of soap and put it in the big stone oven. "What does that mean," Mary asked now. "That's called pizza. It comes from Italy, "said Hermione. "You were in Italy?", Mary asked, surprised. "Yeah," she answered her confused, "but where I come from you as this is, if there never was in Italy." Mary nodded understanding. "Let's look for Brian," said Hermione, "The pizza is ready soon."
***
Mary and Brian were already gone. Reluctantly they had tried the pizza, but after the first bite turned Hermione satisfied that they tasted. She cleared the dishes back to his seat and went upstairs. The potion was now slightly longer than 24 hours, cooled and Hermione took the ready-cut ingredients and Clock in the hand.
There were 7 other herbs, roots and fungi belonging to the distillate and between each of them had to take exactly 10 minutes. While they waited for the time, she continued in her new book. After each ingredient of the mixture changed its color. Hermione was now stretched to the last ingredient in the hand and gave her inside. Already at the entrance of vines wasps, the mixture changed its color in these places until they faded completely and the liquid in the kettle was as clear as water. Hermione breathed easier. It was finished. She took the clean-carved wood and dipped them lightly in the boiler.
your book put it back to the side and went down. Now she could, as she had promised after the meal, Mary another visit . Pay They hung out and went on his way to the house of the McCoys. The sun was setting already and wrapped everything in a poor light conditions. Hermione knocked on the door, which it was opened by Mary.
"Come in," she said with a friendly smile on his lips. Hermione walked into the spacious kitchen. At the table in the middle were three unknown to her girls. "Hello," Hermione greeted the surprised three. They stared for a while suspicious, until the first of them barely a "Hello" said. "This is Amy, Erin and Megan," said Mary, pointing to her friends. Erin, a brown-haired girl more even with a very pretty face, staring at Hermione still, while the other two had already lowered their eyes.
"My mother said she is a witch," she said finally, and now had the full attention of her friends. Hermione was twitching for a moment together, but they taught the same, that they could not really know what it is. "Oh, stupid one," Mary said, shaking his head. "And how do you explain then, that she is the wife of the devil?", Set the brown-haired girl again. The two sisters Amy and Megan, who could do with her red hair, the Weasleys competition nodded approvingly at her side. "Can we prove that Mr. Snape is the devil?" Asked Mary a little irritated now, emphasizing the word devil so hard that it sounded ridiculous. "I have not," Erin tells her quietly, "Have you ever looked into his eyes?" She asked Mary, looking directly at her. Mary was at the thought of Severus an icy shiver Megan's back and gave the confirmation that she was looking for.
"And then you hate no fear that I might jinx you?" Hermione asked provocative. You raised an eyebrow in the air, as it always did Severus. Erin looked at her with an appraising. Hermione's gaze pierced her still. "See you tomorrow Mary," said Erin, and went to the door. She looked around and stared at the two red-haired sisters who stood up at once and followed her.
with an anxious glance at Hermione and an apology to Mary she walked through the door. "Honestly, I'm sorry," said Mary. "That's not his fault," said Hermione, and did it with a casual gesture. "I know you're not a witch," said Mary, so here now. "But when Severus you're not you so sure?" Hermione asked, grinning now what Mary nodded imperceptibly. "Do not worry, he's not the devil, even though at times he does," said Hermione, could not resist a laugh.
Mary's face wore an expression much easier. "Do you like a drink?" Asked they had noticed as her that she had Hermione still offered nothing. "Yes, gladly," she answered her. Mary took out two glasses from the cupboard. "Come with me," she said finally. Hermione followed her into the adjoining room and sat on the padded seat. "When Pa, hunting or fishing is gone, then we drink in secret from his whiskey," said Mary, and took the bottle from the shelf. Hermione saw the girl with surprise and had to admit that they would not have expected her. Mary had poured them both and is now Hermione, at its Glass sipped. The strong drink leaving a hot burning sensation in the throat, Hermione gave a strong cough. Mary also took a long sip from her glass, but did not flinch when she swallowed it down.
you have a few sips of whiskey had taken to her the question she had finally arrived on the lips. "Do you really like me, Neville?", So here they asked and it was immediately red again. "I'm sure," Hermione answered her smile, to which Mary replied, her smile. "Do you, your friends will like me too? "asked Mary now they think. "Yes, definitely," said Hermione and she took another sip.
Mary had her curiously questioned about Scotland and England and life there, but Hermione had a hard time with the answers, because they really hardly anything about the actual life in the 18th Century and they knew it was obviously not what tell of wizards, something of cars, computers and all the other things the Muggle world of their time. "Will you give me the bottle, please?" Mary asked, holding out her hand. Hermione took the whiskey bottle next to the little coffee table and was surprised that she was only half full nor half full. "Do you want too?" Mary asked as she handed her the bottle had. Hermione shook her head and the uncomfortable turning the room around her, she confirmed that she had enough whiskey for today. "I'd better go," said Hermione stretched, "turned me on to it all."
They stood up and walked to the door. "See you tomorrow," Mary said quietly. It were no signs that she had made the whiskey too drunk, Hermione noted. "Yes, until tomorrow," she answered it and walked out. Outside it had been dark for some time. The thin strip of just rising moon gave little light, so that Hermione could not see the least. The alcohol that clouded her mind, she did not want to give the alarm that the right direction back to the house was.
you just decided loszugehen times in the hope they would at some point come out on the wide road, but you were just in front of houses, which looked into the darkness all the same. She heard a faint clicking noise behind him and turned around startled, but it was nothing to see but black darkness. Her heart beat faster and faster, while the world around them, seemed to turn into as increasing pace. She stopped and leaned against a house wall, as if a strong arm grabbed from behind and pulled her around the corner. One hand firmly clasped her mouth and smothered her screams. The warm body to which it was molded, pressed her against a wall now. She could feel the strong emotion of a man in her back. He grabbed both her wrists with one hand and turned her roughly with their backs to the wall while he held her hands above her head. She felt his face getting closer and could smell his bad breath.
Hermione turned her head to one side and his lips caught her just below her ear. His weight pressed her closer to the wall and forced her to stand still. He pressed his arousal against her stomach and gasped in the process, what you drove his bad breath once in the nose. Only now she realized that her mouth, he no longer held. She wanted to scream out loud as he grabbed her face with his other hand and pressed his lips on hers. The pressure against her Kiefer forced her to open her mouth. His tongue pressed on and spread a nasty, rotten sweet taste that triggers in her a sudden nausea.
He had let go of her head, but his mouth still locked to her and she pressed hard against the wall behind her, then he let go of her wrists and pulled up her skirt while he forced to his knees to open their legs. Hermione whimpered anxiously in the mouth of their counterpart and could already feel her knees give way. He ran eagerly through the skin of her thighs and pushed his hand between her legs. Hermione tried to fight back and beat his now free hands on him, but it did not seem to interest the man in the least. Instead, he slipped on between her legs and pushed the piece of cloth of her panties to the side. She was petrified at his touch, everything screamed at her body and shook with disgust and fear threatened to freeze. He ran a finger across her soft skin and disappeared with a loud gasp from her lips.
This was her chance, she seized the opportunity, leaned over and bit the man before her lip. He loosened surprised his grip on her and she ran in the same moment. The intoxication of alcohol has given way to adrenaline in their blood. The night around them was still always black, but she stopped and turned any more. Hermione ran as fast as they could. She did not know in which direction they had gone and whether he followed her. Her heart beat wildly in her chest and her knees were softer with every step. You could hardly breathe, but she did not dare to stop.
Somewhere nearby she heard footsteps. They did not know which direction. A faint feeling of panic welled up in her and tied her to the throat. They hit with full force on a soft body. Two strong arms held her down and prevented her from running away on.
"What's wrong?" Asked a deep voice.
"Severus," she replied, surprised when she heard the familiar sound penetrate the velvety night. All of a sudden broke the barrier, which accumulated in the panic on their feelings. Her eyes filled with tears and with a deep sob she leaned against his chest.
"What are you doing here?" Wanted to know when she had finally calmed down. She looked in his direction, but she could not see him. "We had decided to break right back, "he said," but when we arrived the house was empty, and Mary said that you were already gone a while ago. I have searched for you, "he did not see them, but he felt in his chest with every breath, trembling," and now tell me what happened, "he added softly.
Hermione did not know what to say. They did not want to stand there helplessly, but just as she felt. "There was a man," she said finally, "he pushed me against a wall and I pulled up the skirt" she added with a trembling voice. Severus stood still beside her and pulled her closer to himself. "I had bitten his lip, and he desisted from me then, I ran like this," she said.
Tenderly, he stroked her face before his lips unerringly found her. "I find him," said Severus had almost to himself, in a low voice that Hermione an icy shudder go down my spine. He picked her up and carried her to the house. At the door he had dropped off. Light came out of the window and Hermione's face brightened. Severus wiped a solitary tear from her cheek, then opened the door.
To be continued ...
